1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and relaxtoto ("the Platform", "we", "usour"), accessible at relaxtoto.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services offered by relaxtoto, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, lottery products, and any associated promotional programmes.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the relaxtoto platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and confirmed bonus credits where applicable.

• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary fiat currency supported on the platform.
• "Platform" means the relaxtoto website, mobile web application, and any associated digital services operated under the relaxtoto brand.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the platform is legally restricted or prohibited.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting volume a Player must complete before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the relaxtoto platform. This age restriction applies without exception. relaxtoto enforces strict age verification at the point of registration and during the KYC review process. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the relaxtoto platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts detected will be closed and associated balances may be voided.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts must be used for personal recreational purposes only. Operating an Account on behalf of a third party, syndicating bets, or using automated betting tools or software bots is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number. relaxtoto reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. relaxtoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify relaxtoto immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing our support address.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, relaxtoto requires completion of KYC verification. Required documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address dated within three months (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie holding the submitted ID document. Standard KYC review takes24–48 hours. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal holds until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the relaxtoto platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. You must not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other Player's use of the platform.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the relaxtoto platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the platform's pricing or game logic;

• Coluding with other players in casino games or exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose;
• Any attempt to launder money or disguise the source of funds through the platform.

5.3 Platform Availability

relaxtoto aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the relaxtoto platform are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. A bet is confirmed only upon the isuance of a bet reference number and confirmation displayed within the platform interface. relaxtoto reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, system error, or where odds have been manifestly mispriced.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major events — are governed by the specific rules published for each sport category on the platform. In-play bets are subject to real-time odds and acceptance timeframes. Results are settled based on official competition results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

6.3 Mix Parlay

Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full parlay to be paid. If one selection is voided (e.g., match abandoned), that leg is removed and the parlay recalculated on the remaining selections. relaxtoto's standard Mix Parlay rules apply as displayed in the platform at the time of bet placement.

6.4 Casino & Live Dealer Games

All casino games, including slots and live dealer tables, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. 6.5 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the records maintained by relaxtoto's system shall be the primary reference. Players may raise disputes via the live chat support channel. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event outcome. relaxtoto's decision on the resolution of any dispute, following internal review, shall be final.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

General eligibility requires a verified Account in good standing. relaxtoto reserves the right to exclude any Account from a promotion at its sole discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Only real-money wagers placed on qualifying games contribute towards wagering completion. Free spins winings may carry separate wagering terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

relaxtoto monitors Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, systematic withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine play, and creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

8. Deposits & Withdrawals

8.1 Supported Payment Methods

relaxtoto supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfer. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20), and LTC. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are disclosed within the platform cashier.

8.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit:RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. 8.3 Withdrawal Processing

8.5 Returned and Failed Transactions

In the event a deposit fails or is returned by the payment provider, the Player's Account balance will not be credited. In such cases, the Player should contact their payment provider and attempt the transaction again. relaxtoto is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

9. Responsible Gambling

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by relaxtoto

relaxtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of: fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, underage gambling, use of prohibited software, or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

10.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via a supported withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion and any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. relaxtoto will attempt to contact the Account holder via registered email prior to applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of RM10, or the remaining Account balance if lower, in accordance with our dormant account policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the relaxtoto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of relaxtoto or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any relaxtoto trademark, logo, or brand element without our prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the relaxtoto platform for any commercial purpose without our express written authorisation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, relaxtoto, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, relaxtoto's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. relaxtoto's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

13. Amendments to Terms

relaxtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the relaxtoto platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which relaxtoto's operating licence is issued. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions or prohibitions under the laws of their country of residence. relaxtoto makes no representations as to the legality of the platform in any specific jurisdiction outside of its licensing territory.
